Marine Surf Lifesaving Club

Marine SLC is a voluntary surf lifesaving club that was established in 1963 as a community service; providing lifeguard coverage on Addington Beach, Durban on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Marine SLC Patrol Squads undertake patrols of Addington Beach and we are extremely proud of our record over half a century. The extensive voluntary service rendered by our many members over this period is part of a wider community service and life-skills development program.
